Job Summary
We are looking for an RTO Executive to manage end-to-end vehicle registration and RTO-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with RTO offices, dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle registration and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end RTO registration and documentation for commercial vehicles/EVs.
  • Coordinate with various RTO offices and government authorities for vehicle registration and related activities.
  • Ensure timely processing of RC, number plates, permits, fitness certificates, and other RTO documents.
  • Verify vehicle and customer documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Coordinate with dealers, customers, finance teams, and internal operations teams for RTO-related requirements.
  • Track registration applications and provide regular updates on pending cases.
  • Resolve RTO-related issues, documentation discrepancies, and registration delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of all RTO applications, registrations, and pending cases.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable RTO rules, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate for transfer of ownership, hypothecation, NOC, permit-related activities, and other applicable RTO processes.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure TAT adherence and timely closure of cases.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports on registration status, pending cases, and completed registrations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in RTO operations, vehicle registration, automotive operations, dealership operations, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of RTO procedures and vehicle registration processes.
  • Experience handling commercial vehicles/2W/3W/4W registration will be an advantage.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Strong documentation and record-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work with RTO offices, dealers, customers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to RTO offices and other locations as required.
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Preferred Candidate
  • Candidates from automotive dealerships, EV companies, NBFC/vehicle-finance companies, fleet/mobility companies, or RTO service agencies would be preferred.
  • Prior experience handling commercial vehicle RTO documentation and registration will be an added advantage.
