Turno (Brand of Blubble Pvt Ltd) is an Electric Vehicle company that helps operators of commercial
vehicles to switch to EVs. Turno does this by providing a wide selection of vehicles from partner OEMs,
affordable financing, and battery value guarantees to ensure the highest return on value for EV owners.
Turnos mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India. Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru
and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa – experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record
of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform.
Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with
EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the collection processes for assigned areas, ensuring timely recovery of dues.
• Develop strategies to optimize recovery rates while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory
standards.
• Monitor and analyze delinquent accounts and work with the team to implement effective collection
strategies.
• Coordinate with legal teams for cases requiring legal intervention.
• Train and mentor collection teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on collection performance and provide insights to management.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 4-8 years in collections, recovery, or credit risk management in the EV finance, automobile
finance, or BFSI industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle loan collections, delinquency management, and repossession strategies.
• Excellent team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and collection management systems.
• Fluency in Hindi &English plus any other regional languages is an advantage.
