Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into customers
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively
• Follow up with prospects to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Address customer queries and objections professionally
Required Skills
• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
• Target-oriented mindset • Good listening skills
