Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform. Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to architect intelligent frameworks focusing on credit lending, risk evaluation, fraud prevention, and optimized debt recovery. In this role, you will collaborate with the product and engineering squads to implement high-impact machine learning models within our production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy ML models for
- Credit Risk Scoring
- Loan Default Prediction
- Fraud Detection
- Customer Segmentation
- Collections Optimization
- Build Data Pipeline for model training and interference
- Develop APIs and microservices to serve ML models
- Monitor model performances and retrain models as needed
- Work with large datasets from banking, lending and bureau systems
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into fintech products
- Implement Generative AI solutions for
- Loan underwriting assistants
- Customer support chatbox
- Document analysis and extraction
- Knowledge base search using RAG
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into fintech products
Required Skill:
- Strong Programming skills in Python
- Experience with SQL and data modelling
- Knowledge of ML algorithms and model evaluation
- Experience with one or more frameworks
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit - Learn
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skill:
- Experience in banking,lending ,NBFC or fintech domain
- Knowledge of credit bureau data and risk models.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
- Understanding of feature engineering and model monitoring.
Good to Have
- Experience with Spring Boot and Java.
- Knowledge of real-time data processing.
- Experience building recommendation or decisioning systems.
- Exposure to optimization and routing algorithms.
