Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform. Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow.
Job Summary:
We oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
- GST Regulations & Filings: Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, compliance with tax laws, and resolving related queries.
- TDS Regulations & Filings: Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations
- Debtor & Creditor Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS): Regularly reconcile bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- MSME Regulation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with MSME norms, including timely payments and statutory obligations.
- Inventory Recording & Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in ERP / accounting system
- Record all inventory movements - purchases, sales, transfers, returns, adjustments
- Ensure proper coding and classification of inventory (raw material, WIP, finished goods, consumables, spares)
- Process goods receipt notes (GRN) and match with purchase orders and invoices (3-way matching)
- Maintain bill of materials (BOM) and standard cost cards
- Inventory Valuation
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Month-End / Year-End Close
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA final dropout can also apply for the same.
- 4-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho SAP, or any ERP system).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
