Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-sales, lead conversion, and customer
relationship management, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales. If

Responsibilities:
• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services
• Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions
• Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales
• Maintain and update sales records in CRM software
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion

Key Requirements:
• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in inside sales/tele-sales in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking,
Insurance, or Vehicle Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
• A customer-focused and result-oriented approach
• Fluency in Hindi/English and regional languages is an advantage
