* Quality Lead Auditor will call on qualified leads to audit whether agents are rigorously following up on leads or not.
* She will act as a bridge between the field sales team and the calling team.
* Her key intent will be to push qualified lead customers to visit stores so that we can drive the sales funnel more efficiently.
* Expected FF numbers from her would be around 10–15 per day once she gets a proper grip on the process and operations.
