Job Summary:
We seek a visionary, execution-focused Product Manager – AI Projects to spearhead and scale intelligence-led initiatives throughout our LOS and LMS platforms. This role focuses on architecting GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG-integrated workflows alongside automation-centric solutions to elevate operational efficiency, customer engagement, and strategic decision-making in the lending landscape.
The successful candidate brings deep expertise in Fintech, NBFC, or LSP sectors, demonstrating a robust track record in AI-driven product management and end-to-end execution. We need a professional capable of operating at both strategic and ground levels, independently driving 0→1 productization while collaborating across business, operations, and engineering functions in a fast-scaling environment.
Responsibilities:
● Spearhead the end-to-end productization and execution of intelligence-led initiatives throughout the LOS and LMS ecosystems.
● Architect and scale diverse GenAI and Agentic AI applications tailored for lending operations and process-driven workflows.
● Deploy RAG-integrated frameworks, including sophisticated ticket scoring, AI-augmented operations, and automated credit decisioning engines.
● Engineer advanced automation sequences utilizing n8n and emerging AI orchestration environments.
● Orchestrate touchless product pipelines encompassing:
● Automated data ingestion
● Intelligence-led decisioning
● Dynamic output visualization and screens
● End-to-end workflow management
● Minimize technical bottlenecks by leveraging low-code and no-code solutions to drive operational efficiency.
● Craft comprehensive roadmaps, PRDs, and user-centric journeys while maintaining strategic feature prioritization.
● Collaborate across engineering, business, and ops functions to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
● Pinpoint high-impact opportunities for AI integration and process automation within the lending value chain.
● Analyze adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive iterative product enhancements and long-term value.
● Maintain deep domain expertise in the evolving landscape of AI technologies and automation tools.
Qualifications & Experience
● Possess 2-6 years of professional tenure in product development, with a prioritized background in Fintech, NBFC, or digital lending platforms.
● Demonstrated professional history in developing LOS/LMS ecosystems or credit processing workflows.
