Role Overview:
This team will focus on B2B engagement, primarily via phone. Key responsibilities include understanding the technical needs of prospects, presenting Turno Volt battery solutions, and qualifying leads to schedule meetings for the Business Head.
Key Responsibilities (Team Lead):
Manage and guide the inside sales team
Monitor daily calling activity and conversions
Improve scripts, pitch, and qualification quality
Ensure meeting targets are achieved
Coordinate closely with the Business Head
Required Qualifications & Experience :
4–7 years (Team Lead)
Background in batteries, solar, UPS, inverters & electrical products is preferred.
Strong communication and phone skills
Basic technical understanding of energy/power solutions
Experience in B2B inside sales / lead generation / appointment setting
