Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Equipment & Asset Management
● Oversee procurement, configuration, allocation, and recovery of IT equipment (laptops,
monitors, accessories).
● Maintain accurate inventory via asset management tools.
● Conduct regular audits to track health, status, and compliance of assets.
● Manage device warranty, repairs, replacements, and retirements.
2. Vendor & License Management
● Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and SaaS services.
● Negotiate terms, renewals, and service-level agreements.
● Ensure software license compliance and optimize usage across the org.3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
● Serve as the primary IT support contact for employees.
● Troubleshoot laptop issues, VC room challenges, network drops, and access concerns.
● Support onboarding/offboarding — account provisioning, device setup, permissions.
4. Enterprise SaaS Tools & Security Administration
● Administer and secure platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, etc.
● Implement and monitor enterprise security tools: DLP, Endpoint Protection, MDM, Email
Security.
● Ensure firewall configurations, VPN access, and endpoint security are maintained.
● Conduct regular audits and vulnerability checks across tools and infrastructure.
5. Network & Infrastructure Support
● Set up and maintain internal network components — switches, routers, Wi-Fi, LAN.
● Collaborate with ISPs for uptime and performance.
● Ensure reliable hybrid VC systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms).
6. Documentation & IT Policy Management
● Maintain thorough documentation for processes, IT assets, and SOPs.
● Create and update IT policies including acceptable use, security, and access
management.
● Contribute to the internal IT knowledge base for quicker resolution cycles.
7. Employee IT Enablement & Training● Provide user training on tools and IT best practices.
● Lead onboarding sessions and support adoption of IT policies.
● Conduct periodic sessions to boost technical awareness across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure management.
● Strong hands-on experience with end-user support (hardware, software, network).
● Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and remote
troubleshooting tools.
● Experience in vendor management and SaaS license optimization.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to support cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with asset management tools (e.g., Oomnitza, Asset Panda, Freshservice).
● Knowledge of DLP, MDM platforms, EDR, and email filtering tools.
● Solid understanding of network concepts (firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS, LAN/Wi-Fi).
● Experience managing and supporting Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
● Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
Google Workspace Admin experience (user management, security settings).
Microsoft 365 Admin experience (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active
Directory).
